Terms Of Service
By ordering with us, you acknowledge that you over the age of 18 and agree to our terms of service. We cannot be held liable for any injury or condition resulting from a purchased invertebrate. It is your responsibility to understand your state laws. By ordering from us, you assume all responsibility for possessing, owning, and receiving your purchased invertebrates
All sales are final and payment is required immediately, no refunds will be given if you change your mind after payment. Payment is accepted via PayPal or Direct deposit. Please be sure your address is correct as we will take no responsibility for packages going to theincorrect address.
If you happen to receive a dead Invertebrate, we require notice within 2 hours of delivery or pick up. You must provide a photo of the dead Invertebrate. Refunds will not include shipping cost. There wil be no replacements or refunds on freebies.
Shipping
We ship Monday through Wednesday, excluding public holidays. In times of extreme weather (34°C+ for arachnids, 30°C other Invertebrates) your order will be held until weather is suitable, refunds will not be issued if this happens. Your order will be sent within one of those 3 days, unless requiring permit approval, which generally takes within 5 days, on occasion it may take longer, this is out of our control.
Orders placed during business hours from Tuesday each week will ship on the following Monday.

WA has a limited amount of permitted species which can be found here: WA organism list
WA also requires a $30 import permit through DPAW which is included within the postage price. We are unable to send other biological products (soil, plants etc.)
NT has no species restrictions but requires an import permit which can only be applied for after receipt of purchase has been supplied. https://nt.gov.au/environment/animals/wildlife-permits/import-or-export-wildlife
TAS has a very limited list of unrestricted species which can be found here: TAS importable species
All other states and territories may purchase native invertebrates unrestricted.
